Dr. Ariza and Dr. Miyamoto first crossed paths at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, where they graduated together in 2018. Now, as a husband-and-wife dental team, they bring a unique blend of skill, compassion, and teamwork to every patient visit. Hailing from Queens and Maui, respectively, they combine city charm with island warmth, making each appointment feel more like a visit with friends than a trip to the dentist.

Outside of the office, they love exploring the outdoors, whether hiking, boating, or longboarding together. They’re also big on gaming and never miss a chance for a friendly co-op challenge! Dr. Ariza and Dr. Miyamoto look forward to welcoming you to their practice, where a healthy, beautiful smile and a comfortable experience are always the priority.

Brandi has been a licensed dental hygienist since 2011 and feels fortunate to have a career that is both rewarding and fun. She is passionate about dental hygiene, takes pride in educating patients in ways that fit their lifestyle, and is known for her gentle touch and friendly personality. Brandi strives to make every patient feel comfortable, values strong communication, and enjoys building lasting relationships to support long-term dental wellness. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her husband, kids, and their dog, visiting family down south, boating on the lake, and never passing up a good roller coaster.

Sierra graduated from the SUNY Broome Dental Hygiene Program in 2024 and joined the team in 2025. She enjoys getting to know her patients and strives to make every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Outside the office, Sierra loves spending time with her family.

Breanne has been a dental assistant since 2014 and joined the team in 2016.  Breanne’s primary role is managing the clinical floor keeping the daily schedule running smoothly. She does, however, wear many hats – you will see her chairside assisting our doctors, taking x-rays, answering the phone and scheduling appointments in the front office.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Amelia. Their favorite destination to travel together is Disney World! 

Tiffany joined in 2025, bringing over 10 years of experience as a CNA and medical assistant, along with three years in reception. She has a passion for helping others and creating a welcoming environment for everyone she meets. Outside of work, Tiffany loves spending time with her daughter, going on hikes, and enjoying the outdoors. She’s always looking for new adventures and ways to make the most of every moment!

Skye recently moved to New York from Florida with her husband and their rescue dog, Jabba. She has been in the dental field since 2021 and has continued to advance her skills as a dedicated dental assistant. Skye is passionate about providing a calm, positive experience for every patient and takes pride in supporting high-quality clinical care. Outside the office, Skye loves spending time outdoors, going to live music events, and being with friends and family. She is excited to bring her experience, enthusiasm, and patient-centered approach to the community here in New York.

Julia is a dental assistant who relocated to the area is 2024 from California. She always strives to make patients feel comfortable and at ease. Outside of the office, she loves swimming, fossil hunting, and spoiling her cat. Above all else, she enjoys spending time with her family. Now settled into the community, she looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and coworkers alike.
